rebuild.ing GmbH always works together with the appropriate cooperation partners on a project-specific base. For each project, the appropriate team is assembled from the pool of partners that are distributed around the world. Each team is adjusted to achieve the right mix of skills and experience for the client, project and its location. This enables rebuild.ing GmbH to ensure successful project management and customer satisfaction at all times. All partners of rebuild.ing GmbH are grouped together under the rebuild.ing.group.
The rebuild.ing.group is made up of partners with whom projects have been jointly implemented in recent years. In the following locations, so-called design hubs, have been established. Each of these hubs usually covers the disciplines of architecture, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) design and structural design.
As a result, rebuild.ing GmbH is able to provide complete planning services at many locations around the world. Since our clients are usually based in Germany, German planning specifications are used and German building law applied. Project management and planning sovereignty which is always subject to rebuild.ing GmbH in Germany, ensures that the project specifications also comply with the laws and regulations of the country where the project is located.
The global network structure of the rebuilding group
The cooperation between the central project management group in Germany, including a subcontracted German planning team, and the design hub at the foreign location, is always closely managed and coordinated.
The success of rebuild.ing.group in recent years proves that this construct of international cooperation is purposeful and works well. So können verschiedenste Projektarten bestmöglich besetzt werden.
Zudem sorgt rebuild.ing als Teamcoach und Projektsteuerer für eine optimierte Zielerreichung. Insbesondere durch die Integration der Sachverständigkeit Nachhaltiges Bauen kann der Planungsprozess qualitativ, ökonomisch und ökologisch geführt werden.
Das Team generiert sich zumeist, wenn die Leistungen nicht durch das eigene Personal vollständig abgedeckt werden können, aus Planungspartnern, mit denen die Zusammenarbeit über vorangegangene Projekte erprobt und eingespielt ist. Diese Partner sind zumeist Mitglied der durch die rebuild.ing initiierten, nichtselbstständigen Interessensgemeinschaft IG.G (Interessensgemeinschaft Generalplanung), die dauerhaft die Optimierung von Planungsprozessen und -qualitäten garantiert.
